How we rank — fully transparent
This leaderboard sorts on the P50 median only. The Score column is the full WhoPays Score (speed is 25% of it, alongside complaints, KYC, success rate and more). Every number is reproducible from sourced test data with a date.

What does “fastest payout” actually mean here?expand_more
It means the P50 median time from withdrawal request to money received, measured across our own test withdrawals plus verified player reports for that casino and market. We deliberately don't rank on the advertised “instant” claim or the single fastest cash-out — the median is what a typical player actually experiences. We also show the P95 (the slowest 1 in 20) so a fast median can't hide a long tail.
Why isn't the fastest casino #1 by Score?expand_more
Because speed and trust are different things. This page ranks on median speed alone, but the WhoPays Score weighs speed at only 25% — complaints (20%), KYC friction, payout success rate and support all count too. A casino like 1xBet can post a passable median yet have a 72h P95 and a wall of withheld-winnings complaints, which drags its Score to 35. A high Score means fast and dependable.
Does the fastest method change the ranking?expand_more
Yes — mobile-money rails like OPay, PalmPay, MTN MoMo and M-Pesa usually clear far faster than bank transfers. The “Best method” column shows the route that produced each casino's median speed. Choosing a slower method (or one that triggers extra KYC) will move your own experience toward the P95 end.
