We publish verified operator responses next to the original report so readers see both sides. This is a standing safeguard against one-sided or defamatory claims — a documented, factual response can correct, contextualise, or resolve a complaint, and a resolved case is reflected in the Score.
Use an official company email so we can confirm you represent the operator. We verify authority before publishing any response. We accept no affiliate commissions and no payment changes a Score — responses are weighed on evidence only.
